The Iron Lady affectionately known as Maggie.

So, basically, you need to be a famous person to get a biopic....yawn. Shouldn't there be a general rule that states that one's life story made into a movie HAS TO BE INTERESTING?

Yeah, tons of people are going to flood the movie theaters in expectation of the evolution and conclusion of Thatcher's life. A politician's life. A woman's life who wasn't even a lesbian. If she were a politician and a man, then there would be sex, drugs, illegitimate children, affairs...But no, Maggie had to be a conservative.

In other words, a boring movie about a former PM who's still alive and is of no interest to anybody except for, perhaps-maybe-probably not, the British.

On the other hand, Meryl Streep rocks it big time. But Meryl always rocks. Oscars? Who knows. They seem to skip her most persistantly. Even though this is a mediocre, Hallmark-ish movie, Streep is awesome so if you're into her, watch it. Otherwise, no point.

6 out of 10.
