So, let me break this to you bluntly: if you want to watch a movie in a cozy home atmosphere with that special (or less special) person next to you thus ensuring some sex afterwards, this is absolutely the thing for you!
The formula is there: mutual friends set a blind date for Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel who, as luck would have it, end up hating each other's guts. Three years later, in some weird, unprovoked and completely stupid car accident that is left absolutely unexplained (kudos to the script writers, you guys just rock my world!) these two end up living together with their friends' baby since, ya know, who else would you leave your baby to in case you end up...well, dead? Certainly not your relatives, right?
You guessed the rest, of course. It honestly isn't as bad as it sounds, it has its moments (mostly Duhamel whose fan I am not yet the guy sure looks attractive, gotta say). Katherine is....well, less so. But who cares, right? If it's an hour and a half of your life that you are willing to spend in order to get some action from your girlfriend/fling/hook-up/whatnot, you can survive this one.
6 out of 10 (add 1 for sex potential)
