Oh, man... Now, before I continue, I want to emphasize that it is quite unusual for me to watch this kind of stuff. Actually, I don't even remember the reason for watching this excrement that someone accidentally mistaken for a movie.
Who the hell had an idea of hiring C list actors for a B production movie which has an A production marketing? And, yeah, I'm sick and tired of directors or whoever forcing the fucking CGI and neglecting every other aspect of movie making.
Anyway, the acting is really bad. The main male character of the movie is, in my opinion, unwatchable. The others aren't any better either. The camera movements and angles vary from good to horrible. And the storytelling... Well, that's a whole new category. I found myself wondering a couple of times: "Was it Uwe fucking Boll who directed this piece of shit?". Yeah, it's that awful. During the movie, none of the events were ever explained. They simply occurred. Also, the final premise was so dumb, that my mind went into a temporary comatose state.
But, my favourite part of the movie was definitely the end. That was the moment where my grey brain matter started to squirm and I swear I could hear it scream. It was, undoubtedly, the most ridiculous conclusion to an alien invasion movie ever.
So, to conclude, if you prefer CGI to acting in movies, and if you enjoy masochism - this is the movie for you.
CGI gives it a weak 4 out of 10.
