The Change-Up (The Hangover meets Horrible Bosses meets The Bridesmaids)

Just as the headline states, you get three in one with the added sex appeal of Ryan Reynolds and comedic mastery of Jason Bateman. From the introductory scene involving babies (that, it should be emphasized here, is the best laugh outloud moment of 2011), to the famous Tatiana incident (watch it, my lips are sealed), it just goes nastier and nastier and allows you to absolutely relax and enjoy the mindless fun of its 112 minutes.

I would like to use this opportunity to mention that Reynolds' career has had a sudden twist for the best (should we forget the debacle that is The Green Lantern), and even though his visual charms are of considerable admiration, his acting abilities are more inclined towards comedies. And that is also something that Bateman knows, seeing how 98% of his career has gone towards that direction.

Leslie Mann's naked body is plastered all over your screen - so if that's not something to look forward to, I don't know what is. It could have been a one point better movie if they did not hire Olivia Wilde whose "act as a stick" method I absolutely despise. House MD has propelled her towards big-budget movies and that sure is a shame - I would prefer it if she just gradually disappeared from the scene. This way, sooner or later, I will have to mark her as one of my top 3 most-hated actresses (which would include Paltrow and Johansson).

Anyhoo, it's a 7 out of 10.
