Season of the Witch - Cage's ultimate bullshit movie.

And here I thought, let's have some mindless fun with this one. Cage has been known as the guy who takes whatever crap that is being offered to him with no reservations - the bancrupcy is a bitch, I completely understand. Still, Nick, you give Coppola family a bad name (sure, Sofia's lending a helpful hand there as well).

I don't even know how to describe what I have just seen, especially the last 15 minutes of it. It starts off as a cliche, two crusade knights loosing their belief in god only to find it again in the end. Plague that kills, church that blames the witches, especially this certain underage one that should be transported to some abbey where the monks are going to deal with her, as the great book of whatever religious idiocy that is inside says.

Anyhow, Nick's the man, Ron Pearlman's his sidekick. The witch is a devil of some sort and, seriously, what the hell! Come on! Special effects are hillarious - and I really mean high on pot funny! And the ending, the last line....well, well. "I will live to tell their story".

Wow. Could it have been worse? Hm...it's a tough call between this, The Sorcerer's Apprentice and The Ghost Rider.

Like I said, utter crap. 1 out of 10.
